Training that certifies you
Onboarding, safety certification and operator training in-house through Magellan Training Academy. Credentials you keep.
Careers
Six companies hiring. One application.
Fill it once. It reaches every Magellan company — AMT Business, Blueocean, A3 Mechanic and Magellan Utilities Construction — and goes to whichever one has the opening that fits you.
Why here
You get trained, not just hired.
Most underground contractors put a new hire on a truck and hope. We own a training company — Magellan Training Academy — so onboarding, certification and continuing education are the same program for everyone, at every company in the group.
The practical version: you can start as a laborer at one company and end up a certified operator at another, without leaving the group and without starting over.
What we offer
The things that actually matter on a crew.
Movement between companies
Six companies, several trades. Fiber, underground utilities, asset rental, equipment service, compliance — you are not locked into the first door you walked through.
Equipment that works
A3 Mechanic is in the group. Rigs get serviced by our own shop instead of waiting in a queue somewhere else.
Work close to home
Based in Apopka, working across Central Florida.
Benefits
Benefits vary by company and position — each job posting lists what comes with it. Ask about the package for your role in the interview; nothing here is one-size-fits-all.
Safety, seriously
Daily and weekly jobsite inspections, written safety plans and stop-work authority. Everyone goes home.
Apply
One form. Every company.
Don't see your role listed? Send it anyway — crews change fast and we keep applications on file.
