How we build crews
You get trained, not just hired.
Most underground contractors put a new hire on a truck and hope. We own a training company, so onboarding, certification and continuing education are the same program for everyone, at every company in the group.
The practical version: you can start as a laborer at one company and end up a certified operator at another, without leaving the group and without starting over.
